ATV Trails

Explore the never ending world-famous
Piute trail system. Access to trails from our
backyard and ride to elevations in excess of
10,000 feet with trails ranging in difficulty
from easy to technically difficult.

Fishing/boating

With the Piute reservoir only 3 miles
away and several other lakes and
reservoirs, mountain streams and Sevier
River nearby, you are in the middle of
fishermen’s heaven.

White Water Rafting

Rafting is available 15 miles north on the
Sevier River through Marysville Canyon, or
enjoy a less adventurous float trip in the
river before it enters the canyon between
Junction and Marysvale.

Sightseeing/Exploring

Bryce Canyon, Cedar breaks, Big John’s
Flat, Fish Lake, and Bullion Canyon.

spectacular scenery in Utah, Enjoy it!

Take It Easy

Just relax and enjoy the hammock, yard
games, barbecue, or fire pit under one of
our many giant shade trees while the kids
play volleyball, croquet, horseshoes, air
hockey, foosball, or ride one of our bikes.
